The EZ-Cup holder and filter combo is great, if your definition of "great" is to get a cup full of coffee grinds or tea leaves. At least tea leaves do like the Titanic and sink to the bottom, but when I make coffee, the grinds float at the top like hundreds of tiny, brown icebergs. Yes...it's undrinkable.
I'm not sure if the grinds are abandoning ship through the top, where the flat part of the filter is held in place by the lid, or if they're leaking out the bottom. Unlike commercial pods, these filters aren't sealed, and I think the water pressure is forcing the grinds out.
I have a package of Finium tea bags on order. Someone said those work better with the EZ-Cup holder.

I tried these Perfect Pod EZ-Cup Filter papers with the EZ-Cup By Perfect Pod for Keurig Coffee Machines. That was a waste of money. The water going through the EZ Cup from the Keurig Brewer tears the filter paper and you end up with a cup of coffee grounds. Did anyone test these things before they sold them?

These filter papers are created for the Perfect Pod EZ-Cup filter. A nice invention that uses a spring loaded thick plastic K-Cup clone to insert directly into your Keurig K-Cup coffee maker. The Keurig version of a reusable filter requires you actually remove the standard insert for thier alternative insert. A cumbersome task to us folks that have a need for speed in the morning. The filters are a little pricey for me. I think buying in more bulk would reduce the price per filter count. Using these right now creates a cost of probably 10+ cents per cup of coffee. Buying at the most in bulk (80 count packs found at your warehouse resellers like BJ's) have a cost of roughly 28 cents per cup. I give these filters with the Perfect Pod of course **** four stars for ease of use and cleanup. Only one misfire that caused a coffee filled with "pulp" as I call it but i filtered it and saved the brew. This product is worth the price but I'd like to see the filter cost come down a few bucks.

I ditched the screen that was a pain to empty and clean for these and now I'm ready to go back to the old way. The bottom blows out on about every other cup I brew. I know there is a needle in the Keurig that would poke a hole in the K-cup and I'm careful not to lower the lid to tight. I'm thinking the filter just can stand up to the pressure. I'm tired of spooning coffee grounds out of my cup and for a price of more than 10 cents per filter. I will not be a repeat buyer.

This product works great with my Keurig machine. Now I can use any type as well as any brand of coffee that I like in my Keurig coffee maker. The K-cups can get really expensive, especially since I drink several cups per day. The clean-up is unbelievably easy and I don't have to wash any metal filters. All of the coffee that I make with these filters, EZ-Cup By Perfect Pod for Keurig Coffee Machines comes out perfect! Whoever invented this product - THANK YOU!!
